The last few days have been a bit rough. My blood counts are very low which means I have no energy and no immunities. I've also had a fever, so they gave me antibiotics and even transfusions of platelets and red blood cells. I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my stomach whenever I eat anything, but the pain meds seem to be working well for that. Today, with managing the pain better I got a lot of great rest. Last night they did the transfusions, so I never got back into a good deep sleep. I'm feeling pretty good right now, and I think I'll even watch a netflix movie.
My neice, Brittany Wnek, had a pretty major surgery today to remove the tumor in her brain. It apparently was the size of a que ball, which they weren't expecting. Please continue to pray for Brittany and her family.
